Here at Santok we take seriously our responsibilities as a service provider, an employer, a business partner and as members of a wider global community; to this end we are continually striving to improve on all aspects of our business practice.

Nowhere is this more apparent than our commitment to improving the quality of the service we provide. Due to us keeping comprehensive and updated records, continuously checking our products, and engaging in an ongoing dialogue with our customers we have received an ISO 9001 certificate for our business/customer practice.

No less important is our obligation to green issues. In recent years we have implemented a number of initiatives that will not only reduce our own impact on the environment but also reduce the impact of our suppliers. We have formed partnerships only with those companies who take their environmental responsibilities as seriously as we do; the factories we use are continually inspected to ensure they maintain a high level of environmental practice; and wherever possible we look at ways we can use renewable energy, such as solar and wind power. We also associate ourselves with such schemes as Greendot, which strives to reduce product packaging and, where possible, guarantee its recyclability. As a result we have received an ISO 14001 certificate for our progressive approach to green issues.

Our aim for the future is to continue improving on our existing record and to take a pro-active position wherever possible.
